Meet the Corona Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Corona
Servo Garage Doors Corona is an independently owned and operated business that has served Corona since 2015. We’re a small, local crew, and we like it that way. Every technician on the team has been background-checked, wears a uniform to your door, and answers to the same standard on every single job. You’ll see the same faces on repeat visits, which is the point. When a torsion spring breaks in your garage at 6 a.m., the person who picks up the phone knows your street. Our owner, Marcus Deller, built this shop on a simple rule: the customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. That rule from 2015 still runs the place.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus has run Servo Garage Doors Corona since 2015, back when the service area covered a handful of neighborhoods in south Corona. He started as a field technician, and he still grabs a truck on the weeks when the schedule runs heavy. His specialty is torsion spring work, especially the older door systems in the older Corona tracts where the conversion kits and retrofits need someone who has seen it before. When he’s not on a job, he audits the photo records from every visit, checking the documentation against the written scopes. He’ll tell you that the worst part of the trade isn’t a snapped spring, it’s a customer who can’t see what happened to their door. That’s why Clause 4 of The Haven Standard, the documented photo record on every visit, was the first thing he wrote down when the company started.
Samuel R., Lead Technician
Samuel has been with Servo since 2017 and handles the bulk of our emergency calls in Corona, including the 3 a.m. torsion spring breaks in the hills. He’s known for his work on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener logic boards, the kind of troubleshooting that doesn’t require a new opener, just someone who can trace the fault. He carries a multimeter and a spring gauge in the truck, and he’ll show you the reading before he touches anything. Samuel grew up in Corona and can tell you which neighborhoods run on clay soil, which matters when a door comes out of alignment. Outside of work, he raises goats, which the rest of the crew finds endlessly amusing.
Elena V., Senior Installer
Elena joined the team in 2019 and runs our full-door installation and replacement jobs in Corona. She’s the one who measures the rough opening, checks the headroom, and documents the condition of the track and panels before a single part is ordered. Elena specializes in Clopay and Amarr door lines, and she’s certified on several of their commercial-grade install paths. She is exacting about the written scope, the Clause 1 document that lists every part and every labor line before the work starts. When you ask what a door will cost, she’s the one who makes sure the number on the page matches the door in the quote. She paints watercolors on the weekends, mostly desert landscapes, and her color-matching eye shows up in the way she pairs door panels to a house’s trim.
Dominic T., Service Coordinator
Dominic is the person who answers the phone in Corona, including the overnight emergency line. He’s been with Servo since 2021. His job is to get a named technician to your house, not a callback window, and he dispatches with an on-the-way text so you know who’s coming and when. Dominic knows the Corona service map cold, from the older streets near the 15 to the newer developments off the 91, and he can usually tell you whether the truck is 15 or 45 minutes out. He also walks customers through the Free Second Opinion offer, where you bring in another company’s written estimate and we compare the line items. He’s the reason our emergency calls get answered by a live person, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. On his days off, he runs a barbecue smoker, and he insists that Corona’s dry heat is ideal for brisket bark.
One Standard, Every Job

What binds this team is The Haven Standard, a documented set of rules that Servo has worked to since 2015, not a handshake. Clause 1 is the flat, written price and written scope delivered before any work begins. Clause 4 is the photo record: the technician photographs the failed part, shows it to you, and leaves you with the evidence of what was found and what was done. The 365-Day Done Right Promise means if a repair isn’t right, we make it right, backed by a terms page, not a conversation. Every technician, from the lead to the apprentice, follows these clauses on every door we touch in Corona. The face at your door may be Samuel, Elena, or Marcus, but the documents you receive, the price you sign, and the record you keep are the same. That consistency is the product.
